The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) posts. Eligible candidates can apply online from 30 October 2025 to 28 November 2025 through the official website sebi.gov.in.

Application Fee

  • General / OBC / EWS: Rs. 1000 + 18% GST
  • SC / ST / PwBD: Rs. 100 + 18% GST

Age Limit (as on 30-09-2025)

  • Maximum Age: 30 Years
  • Candidate must have been born on or after 01 October 1995
  • Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 Years | SC/ST – 5 Years | PwBD – 10 Years

Eligibility

  • General: Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years) in any discipline OR Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Engineering OR Chartered Accountant/ CFA/ CS/ Cost Accountant.
  • Legal: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Information Technology: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any branch OR Bachelor’s Degree with PG qualification in Computer Science/IT.
  • Research: Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Econometrics, Statistics, Finance, Data Science, or related subjects.
  • Official Language: Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English as a subject at Bachelor’s level OR equivalent qualification.
  • Engineering (Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Engineering (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Pay Scale

  • Pay Scale: ₹62,500 – 1,26,100/- (Grade A)
  • Approx Gross Emoluments: ₹1,84,000/- p.m. (without accommodation) and ₹1,43,000/- p.m. (with accommodation)

Selection Process

  • Phase I: Online Screening Examination (Two Papers of 100 Marks each)
  • Phase II: Online Examination (Two Papers of 100 Marks each)
  • Phase III: Interview
