The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the Clerk (CRP-XV) – Customer Service Associates posts. The IBPS Clerk Prelims Admit Card 2025 / PET Call Letter has been released on 24 September 2025. Candidates can download their call letters from the official website ibps.in using their registration number and password.

  • Starting Date for Apply Online: 01 August 2025
  • Last Date for Apply Online: 28 August 2025
  • Online registration including Edit/Modification of Application: 01-08-2025 to 28-08-2025
  • Payment of Application Fees/Intimation Charges: 01-08-2025 to 28-08-2025
  • Conduct of Pre-Exam Training: September 2025
  • PET / Call Letter Released: 24 September 2025
  • Online Examination – Preliminary: 4th, 5th, and 11th October 2025
  • Result of Online Exam – Preliminary: October/November 2025
  • Online Examination – Main: November 2025
  • Provisional Allotment: March 2026

Application Fee

  • SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ESM/ DESM: Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST)
  • All Others: Rs. 850/- (inclusive of GST)

Age Limit (as on 01-08-2025)

  • Minimum Age: 20 Years
  • Maximum Age: 28 Years
  • Candidate must be born not earlier than 02.08.1997 and not later than 01.08.2005 (both dates inclusive)

Eligibility

  • A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India or equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government.
