As a TA intern, your majority of the time will be spent on activities in support of end-to-end TA, communication, sourcing of candidates, scheduling interviews, getting feedback and so on will be your responsibility. You will work alongside the in-house TA team to achieve the hiring goals.

Role and Responsibility :
- As an intern, you will be spending a good amount of time with Interviewers & Hiring Manager for Scheduling & Coordination.
- You will be responsible for the smooth interview process at all interview levels.
- Follow and support recruiter in interviews and meetings.
- Add candidates to and track them to maintain the efficiency and accuracy of our recruitment process and information.
Education and Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word /Excel/PPT).
- Strong Analytical skills.
