Job Description
- Configure and build applications using Onit platform as per client’s requirements.
- Create custom business rules using Onit applications.
- Craft and modify client business workflows using Onit applications.
- Test and perform quality analysis on customer applications to ensure solutions developed satisfy client’s requirements.
- Work as individual contributor and with teammates in India and overseas.
- Address other specialized requests to enhance the customer’s usage of Onit suite of products.
Job Requirements
- General understanding of programming fundamentals.
- Working knowledge or recent experience with scripting languages, application development, understanding of databases and analytical tools.
- Experience or Knowledge with ETL or data life cycle.
- Knowledge in databases.
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate across the entire organization, to get the right solution delivered, and drive feature innovation based on customer’s input.
- Ability to work effectively as part of team with shared objectives and on own initiative.
- Excellent time management, ability to effectively prioritize, multitask and execute tasks in line with business objectives.
- Strong focus on process and ability to recommend best practices with an objective to add value to the customer.
- Attention to details, diligent in problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
