In Dell, as an Apprentice, you will learn to perform departmental tasks and activities and other related duties as required by business. Gain hands-on exposure in industry best practices by following standard operating procedures and putting your interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge to practical use.

Role and Responsibility:
- Deployment of new switches, servers, storage and virtual machines
- Monitoring and troubleshooting the technical environment
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory records.
- Create and maintain system allocations
- Ensure that all services are consistently available to all end users
Education and Skills :
- BE/BTech (2021/2022 passouts only)Knowledge of IT products (Servers, Switches, Desktop) / Windows, Linux OS and troubleshooting / Databases (MS SQL)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
