We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Freshers to join our team on immediate basis as DMS L1 Support Engineer.
Job Title : DMS L1 Support Engineer
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Chennai
Experience : Fresher
Role And Responsibility:
- Provide first-line support for DMS-related issues and queries from dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to the DMS.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve bugs and system enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions for dealers on the effective use of the DMS.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of DMS upgrades and new features.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain documentation of issues and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and provide excellent customer service.
- Good Communication In English, Application Support, SQL
Education and Skills:
- Support Engineer for DMS Support for Yamaha Dealers
- Candidate must fulfill below criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of application development and deployment processes
- Basic knowlegde of Database Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Language: Mallayalam/English(Mandatory)
