Role and Responsibility : 

• Assisting in the Application Development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Participating in IT Testing activities, including test case creation and execution.
• Supporting the Document and Model User Requirements process, ensuring clear understanding and translation into technical specifications.
• Contributing to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), learning and applying best practices.
• Assisting with Compiling and Decompiling Code under supervision.
• Learning and applying skills in Computer System Configuration and Portal Server Configuration.
• Supporting Program Installation and understanding Version Control principles.
• Developing and enhancing Graphical User Interface (GUI) components and understanding User Experience (UX) Design principles.
• Providing support for Information Technology (IT) Support tasks as needed.
• Engaging in Action Planning for project tasks and personal development.
• Participating in Assessment activities related to system performance and project progress.
• Developing strong Digital Literacy skills and applying them to various technical tools.
• Gaining exposure to WAN Switching and Firmware Configuration concepts.

Education and Skills :

• A recent graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated interest in Application Development ,IT Testing, and the **Software Development Life Cycle.
• Basic understanding of Computer System Configuration and Program Installation.
• Familiarity with Graphical User Interface (GUI) concepts and an interest in User Experience (UX) Design.
• Strong Digital Literacy and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
