- Level-10 or Equivalent in parent cadre/department; OR
- At least 3 years of regular service in Level-7 (Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400).

Pay Scale
- Remuneration: Last Pay Drawn Minus Pension
- Transport Allowance: ₹10,800/- per month
