The apprenticeship is a skill training program governed by The Apprenticeship Act, 1961 (India), where individuals have the chance to partner with our industry experts, with onthe-job experience focusing on high impact work that allows you to apply and develop your skills. S&P Global is looking to hire young fresh graduates and postgraduates, specifically 2025 and 2026 pass-outs, for a 12-month apprenticeship program.

Role and Responsibility :

• High quality data (Financial) collection, analysis, extraction and entering the data in work tools as per guideline specifications for assigned vertical.
• Understand the working of the dataset, be aware of the workflows and have strong working knowledge of work tools.
• Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
• Troubleshoots problems or issues and support team in enhancing the workflow/processes for department.
• Timely response to mails from coworkers and managers. Be proactive and demonstrates aptitude for new learnings.

Education And Skills :

• Fresh graduates with a commerce (BBA/BMS/BCom) background (Passing year 2025) OR PGDM/MBA/M.Com specializing in Finance/Accounts (Passing year 2025 or 2026)
• Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shift basis the business requirement (24×5 environment with rotational shifts, including night shift )
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and accountancy, including financial statements and annual reports
• Adaptability to work across all time-zones.
• Proficiency in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
