Role and Responsibility :
- First level applications development position representing the most common entry point into the organization.
- Works under close supervision to acquire skills and knowledge; performs routine activities related to application development.
- Typically codes, tests, debugs, and implements software applications based on defined requirements.
- Assists in analyzing user requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Participates in unit testing and supports integration testing activities to ensure quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoots and resolves basic technical issues with guidance from senior team members.
- Follows established coding standards, development processes, and documentation practices.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including QA, support, and product teams to understand functional requirements.
- Maintains proper documentation of code changes and development activities.
- Learns and adapts to new tools, technologies, and development methodologies as required.
- Supports maintenance and enhancement of existing applications.
