Role and Responsibility :
- Review and assessment of incoming customer complaints in line with detailed procedures and handling guides.
- The highest level of attention to detail is necessary, with the vision and ability to look beyond “black and white” and identify “grey areas” of isolated, and individual cases; assessing detailed and complex cases and make judgments on the appropriate action to take.
- Adherence to, and achievement of, individual and departmental Service Levels, Objectives and Quality Standards
- Take ownership for keeping up to date with internal procedural changes and policy updates, ability to deal well with change.
- Participate constructively in case reviews, meetings and training sessions.
- Communicate key trends and processing difficulties to your Team Leader or relevant manager
- Ensure adherence to Regulatory and Operational objectives
Ensure Final Decision Letters (FRL’s) issued inaccordance to handling guides.
