Amazon Fresh is Amazon’s lead basket grocery program. The program is highly cross functional in nature and requires a number of India first solutions to be created.
We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Site Merchandiser to grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing best in class site and free traffic merchandising strategies. This role is based in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibility :
- Scheduling content on Fresh Storfront app-in app experience
- Activating several thematics / topical stores experience as per marketing calendar
- Understanding selection master , to independently curate selection as per marketing use-cases
- Activation brand integrations and monetization assets.
- Report and publish merch metrics with marketing and other stakeholder teams as required. Analyse trends and basis the same optimise campaigns for better performance
- Work extensively with internal Design team to raise bar on creative & content quality.
- Innovate in terms of content creation and quality activations for customers.
- Conduct weblabs and A/B experiments as per marketing roadmap
Education and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Excel
