Role and Responsibility :

• Closely working with Lead to Develop, enhance and support Windows (Winform) Applications, Windows services, Web Services and Database programming on Microsoft platform (.NET, C#, MS SQL, VB, VBA, MS Office products).
• Perform Unit Test, Integration Test ensuring all requirements are implemented with Good Quality, within Timeline and Budget.
• Analyze requirements and Prepare Requirement Understanding document. Do Impact Analysis and raise Technical Queries. 
• Apply OOPs principles and implement design patterns.
• Understand Project dynamics and adapt to changing scenarios. 
• Raise concerns and Risks at appropriate time and communicate well with all collaborators.
• Status reporting and Progress Reporting. 

Education and Skills :

• 0-1 years of experience in Software Development.
• Work on:
• Windows (Winform) applications (C#, VB, VBA, Java)
• Windows Services and Web services
• Database programming (SQL)
• Any experience with Reporting application development, web application development and support is added advantage.
• Soft skills
• Problem Solving – Ownership, Proactive and Systematic approach. 
• Enable absorption of latest technologies in the product line.
• Ensure best practices in software development are institutionalized.
• Coordinate activities across both business and technical teams to ensure that technology strategy aligns with business strategy. 
• Interface with stake holders at all levels in an organization.
• Teamwork – Remain flexible, good Team player and assist team for resolving issues.
• Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication. Clear and precise communication with customer and within group.
• Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• BE (IT/ Computer/ Instrumentation/ Electronics), MCA, MCS, MSc Computer or compatible.
