Job Description :

We are looking for an Associate Trademark Search Analyst to join our highly regarded Global Trademark team at Clarivate, Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a global team which is required for successful trademark of clients’ IP rights. The team consists of 12-15 colleagues and is reporting to the Operations Manager. We have great skills set in team and we would love to speak with you if you have a very strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to liaise with internal teams and regional stakeholders.

Job Title : Associate Trademark Search Analyst
Job Type : Full Time

Experience : Fresher – 2 Years

Role and Responsibility :

• Undertake all applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and information. 
• Assist with the selection of the most pertinent references for inclusion on trademark research reports for customers. 
• Deliver target-based productivity & accuracy on daily basis. 
• Complete all assigned trademark Search tasks according to expected delivery time
• Provides clients with support in searching relevant databases to inform on market, competitor activity, and legal opinion formation.
• Uses defined search methodology within prescribed timelines and ensures service level agreements are met.
• Aids client decision making process regarding trademark availability through the provision of trademark research and analysis.

Education and Skills :

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• The candidate should preferably have 0-2 years of experience in operations
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpretation and comprehension skills
• Equipped at using MS Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and Word
