Experience : Fresher – 1 Year
Role and Responsibility:
- Assist in the execution of performance improvement and cost optimization projects across the supply chain.
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Support implementation of new SOPs, digital tools, or automation initiatives in warehouse, procurement, vendor management, or QA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., warehouse, QA, planning, sourcing, merchandising, and IT) to drive project goals.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal review and senior management updates.
- Conduct time-and-motion studies, workflow mapping, and root-cause analysis where required.
- Ensure timely documentation and tracking of project milestones, risks, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners on pilots, process trials, and improvement activities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute fresh perspectives to internal initiatives.
Education and Skills :
- B.E./B.Tech from Tier-1 institute (including Institute rankers from Tier 2 / 3 institute)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Python, or any ERP tool is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative manner.
- Quick learner with the ability to adopt and apply emerging technology like AI tools
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-evolving business setup.
