LG Soft is looking Manual Test Engineer in Bangalore.

Job Title : Manual Test Engineer
Job Type : Full Time
Work Location : Bangalore
Experience : Fresher

Role and Responsibility:

• Perform Manual testing activities across product features to ensure high quality and defect-free releases
• Analyse requirements, test scenarios, and test data aligned with specifications
• Execute system-level testing for TV, Information Display, and Monitor platforms, etc, ensuring end-to-end validation
• Conduct certification testing for Broadcast Service Operators (e.g., Tata Play, Airtel) and Content Providers (e.g., Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, etc.)
• Prepare comprehensive test reports, execution summaries, and quality status updates for stakeholders
• Identify, log, and track defects using standard tools, ensuring effective defect lifecycle management and timely closure
• Collaborate with development, certification, and cross-functional teams to analyze issues and drive resolution
• Ensure adherence to test processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements for certification readiness
• Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies to improve quality and efficiency

Education and Skills :

• Eligibility Criteria: BE/BTech / MCA / MTech 
• Streams : (Only) CSE, ECE, EEE, IT, Instrumentation
• Pass out Year: 2025 & 2026
• Passing Score: 70% and above
• Work Location: Bangalore
• CTC: 4.1 LPA
• Mandatory Skills:
• Strong academic foundation with an understanding of software engineering fundamentals
• Good analytical aptitude with logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills
• Basic programming knowledge in Python / Java / any scripting language with awareness of automation practices
• Fundamental understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and database concepts (SQL basics)
• Strong attention to detail with focus on quality, defect identification, and precision in execution
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly (PPT/Canva proficiency)
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team-oriented mindset and adaptable approach
• Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a positive attitude with high learning agility and quick adaptability
• Exposure to testing certifications/tools (Agile/Scrum, Selenium basics, AWS/Python certifications – optional but advantageous)
• Knowledge about AI
