Role and Responsibilities :

• Assist in the configuration, customization, and support of SAP modules.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges to ensure smooth operation of SAP systems (focusing efforts on significant customer-impacting obstacles).
• Contribute to data management and analysis activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions (working cohesively as a unified team).
• Document technical processes and maintain system documentation for knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Engage in training and development programs to continuously improve technical and professional skills (embracing continuous learning and problem-solving).

Education and Qualification : 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
