To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Junior Engineer – Product Environmental Compliance in Chennai, India.

Job Title: Junior Engineer
Job Type : Full Time
Location: Chennai
Experience: Fresher – 2 Years

Role and Responsibility :

• Responsible for Collection, analysis & creation of IMDS data
• Ability to work with Customers/Suppliers in different countries & time zones.
• Interacting & coordinating with commodity management, procurement, and design engineering regarding IMDS activities.
• Collaboration with the Team members..
• Adhere to the process without any deviations
• Working with Multiple customers or suppliers for Automotive Regulatory requirements
• Support organization in IATF Internal & External audits.
• Participate in Site/ FE/ Customers in Weekly/ Monthly/Adhoch calls
• Should have knowledge on electronics and automotive components
• Provide report or guidance on IMDS or information requested by requestor.
• Interact with manufacturers in America, Europe and Asia for collecting environmental declarations.

Education and Skills :

• B. E / B. Tech (Chemical\ EEE\ ECE\Mechanical)/MSc Electronics/Chemistry /Environmental Science
• Individual Contributor (0 – 2 years’ experience)
• Excellent communication skills. (Oral & Written)
• Knowledge in using IMDS Basic tool is a must.
• Knowledge in using IMDS A2 is good to have.
• Knowledge on handling Basic Office Tools like Excel, Word, PPT etc. is must.
• Knowledge of MS Excel macros is good to have.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English MANDATORY.
• Open for night shifts
