Job Description :

We are looking for highly motivated and talented Trainee Engineers from the 2025 graduating batch with a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science and a minimum of 80% marks or 8.0 CGPA (applicable to 2025 graduates only) to join our dynamic technical team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world projects and kick-start their professional journey. Applicants must have completed formal training with certification in Java, DevOps, React, Software Testing, or Python. As a Trainee Engineer, you will work closely with experienced mentors, gain hands-on project exposure, and rapidly build strong technical and professional skills in a collaborative learning environment.

Role and Responsibility :

• As a Trainee Engineer, your primary focus will be learning our ecosystem and contributing to live projects. Your duties include:
• System Development: Understand client requirements to build and configure high-quality systems or codebases.
• Problem Solving: Gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues and applying analytical techniques to resolve bugs.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), company policies, and project documentation.
• Collaboration: Work professionally with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and organizational objectives.
• Continuous Learning: Acquire expected competency levels within defined timelines and utilize the company’s global knowledge systems.
• Process Improvement: Proactively provide ideas and suggestions for process enhancements to drive organizational growth.
• Performance: Consistently meet or exceed defined productivity levels while ensuring all work meets rigorous quality standards.

Education and Skills :

• 2025 Batch: B.E. / B.Tech (computer science) qualification with 80% or above / CGPA of 8.0 and above (applicable to 2025 graduates only).
• Core Certification: Must have completed formal training with certification in at least one of the following:
• Java
• Python
• React.js
• DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, etc.)
• Software Testing (Manual or Automated)
• Additional skills preferred: Basic Clinical Domain and Database Knowledge
• Demonstrates effective oral and written communication
• Expected high level of professionalism in the work environment.
• Ability to learn the domain quickly.
• Ensures that all work meets quality standards and supports others to achieve good quality
• Ability to meet and adhere to timelines as planned for study
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.

  Education & Experience
• B.E. / B.Tech (computer science) qualification with 80% or above / CGPA of 8.0 and above (applicable to 2025 graduates only)
• 0-1 years of experience in Software Development preferably work experience.

• Willing to work extended hours or on weekends during an emergency.
• Knowledge in the SDLC process.
