The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs

Experience : Fresher – 6 months
Role and Responsibilities :
- Considerable verbal and written communication skills
- Required typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Good analytical and mathematical ability,
- Strong time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly identify requested information and anticipate future needs
- Ability to overcome objections and persuade members to take action / change behavior
- Flexibility to customize approach to meet all personalities

Education and Skills:
- Fresher to 6 months of experience in US payer operations in Commercial/Medicare Claims and working on Adjustments
- Good communication skills, mathematical ability, good analytical skills, typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
