Design Interns will support the Product Design team in creating intuitive, consistent, and impactful experiences for enterprise users. They will work on real product features, learn design systems, and collaborate with Senior designers, Design managers to drive value.

Experience : Fresher – 2 Years
Role and Responsibility :
- Portfolio with 23 projects showing process and outcomes.
- Strong fundamentals in interaction design, hierarchy, and usability.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
- Exposure to AI Design tools – Figma , Lovable, Cursor
Education and Skills :
- Problem-Solving: Ability to frame problems and find solutions.
- Craft Fundamentals: Basic understanding of layout, hierarchy, usability, strong interaction and visual design
- Collaboration: Works well with peers and cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Clear, structured storytelling and rationale.
- Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to enterprise/B2B SaaS or data-heavy interfaces.
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable components.
