Eligibility
- Research Scientist: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication OR M.Sc. (Electronics) with minimum 55% marks.
- Project Assistant: Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication (3 years course) with minimum 55% marks.
- Project Technician: ITI in relevant trade with NCVT & minimum 55% marks.

Pay Scale
- Research Scientist: Rs. 32,000/- per month (consolidated) + annual increment
- Project Assistant: Rs. 19,000/- per month (consolidated) + annual increment
- Project Technician: Rs. 17,100/- per month (consolidated) + annual increment
