Educational Qualification
- Assistant Manager (Technical): Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) with minimum 2 years experience in Government / Industrial / Financial Institution.
- Assistant Manager (Law): LLB (First Class – 60% marks) with minimum 2 years experience or 3 years of legal practice. LLM holders are also eligible.
- Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script is mandatory.
Pay Scale
- Pay Level: Level-12 (7th Pay Commission)
- Probation Period: 2 Years
- Fixed Remuneration during Probation: ₹31,100/- per month
- Post-Probation Basic Pay: ₹44,300/- per month
- Approx. Gross Salary: ₹79,854/- per month (at Jaipur)
