The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Odisha Civil Services Examination 2025 for Group-A & Group-B Services. A total of 314 vacancies are announced. Eligible candidates having a Bachelor’s Degree can apply online from 20 January 2026 to 20 February 2026 through the official website opsc.gov.in.

Application Fee
- General / OBC / EWS: Rs. 700/-
- SC / ST / PwD: Exempted
- Payment Mode: Online (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking)
- Fee will be refunded to candidates who appear in both papers of Preliminary Examination.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years
- Age Relaxation: 5 Years for SC / ST / SEBC / Women / Ex-Servicemen
- Age Relaxation: 10 Years for PwD (40% or more disability)
Eligibility
- Candidate must be a Citizen of India.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Candidate must be able to read, write and speak Odia and have passed Odia language requirement as specified.
- Government servants are eligible subject to production of NOC.
- Candidate must be of good moral character and sound physical & mental health.
