Job Responsibilities:
• Remediate vulnerabilities across all network platform within UBS
• Uphold high standards for timely issue resolution
• Coordinate, submit and execute changes within Service Now platform
• Participate in weekly calls and assist with gather data to report progress to senior management
• Assist in building sustainable processes for remediation management
• Knowledge in Python/Ansible or experience with other automation tools is a plus
Job Requirements:
We’re looking for a candidate who:
• 0-6 months experienced graduates with a knack for technology and fair idea of enterprise network and cloud technologies will be a plus
• Develop a “Can-Do” attitude and suggest ways to improve processes and increase stakeholder’s satisfaction
• Work very well within a small team all focused on the same goal
• Develop documentation of remediation activities to help build a sustainable process is an essential element of the role
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Automation/coding skills will be an added bonus
• Excellent time-management, interpersonal and communication skills
