The Department of College Education, Rajasthan has released the official notification for the Rajasthan Scholarship & Scooty Yojana 2025-26. Eligible students can apply online from 23 September 2025 to 31 October 2025 through the official website hte.rajasthan.gov.in.

Eligibility
- Girl students of all categories who have passed class 12th (Higher Education Department).
- Girl students of SC category who have passed class 12th (Social Justice and Empowerment Department).
- Girl students of EBC of General Category who have passed class 12th (Secondary Education Department).
- Girl students belonging to Minority Community who have passed class 12th (Minority Affairs Department).
- Girl students of ST category who have passed class 12th or 10th (Higher Education Department).
- Girl students of Widowed, Divorced, and Abandoned category who have passed class 12th (Social Justice and Empowerment Department).
- RBSE students need at least 65% marks, and CBSE students need at least 75% marks.
- The scholarship is available only for students who take admission as regular students in a recognized undergraduate program in Rajasthan (including courses like MBBS).
- Income Criteria: Total annual family income ≤ ₹2,50,000.
- Domicile Requirement: Candidate must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.

- Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/EBC, etc.)
- Marksheet of the Previous Examination
- Copy of Bank Passbook (with account number & IFSC)
- Income Certificate (for EBC/other schemes)
- Widow/Divorced Woman Certificate (if applicable)
- Study Certificate issued by the College/Institution

How to Apply Online
- Visit the official website – hte.rajasthan.gov.in
- Go to the Citizen App – G2C portal and select “Scholarship (CE)”.
- Login using your SSO ID (create one if not available).
- Choose the Scholarship/Scooty Scheme and fill out the application form.
- Enter required personal, academic, and bank details carefully.
- Upload all necessary documents.
- Submit the form and keep a printout for future reference.
