- Senior Manager (HRM): Full Time MBA/PGDM in HRM/PM/IR with 60% marks.
- Deputy Manager (CS): Qualified Company Secretary.
- Other posts: Relevant Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 60% marks.
