The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Group A, B & C posts. Eligible candidates can apply online from 06 October 2025 to 05 November 2025 through the official website dda.gov.in.

Application Fee
- UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS Candidates: Rs. 2500/- (Non-Refundable)
- SC/ST/Female/PwBD/Transgender/Ex-Servicemen: Rs. 1500/- (Refundable)
- Fee refundable only to candidates who appear in Examination after deduction of applicable bank charges.

- Patwari: 21 – 27 Years
- Surveyor, Mali: 18 – 25 Years
- Junior Engineer: 18 – 27 Years
- Naib Tehsildar: 21 – 30 Years
- MTS & JSA: 18 – 27 Years
- Deputy Director: Maximum 40 Years
- Stenographer Gr.-D: 18 – 30 Years
- Assistant Director: Maximum 30/35 Years
- Assistant Executive Engineer: 21 – 30 Years
- All Other Posts: Maximum 30 Years
Eligibility / Qualification
- Architectural Assistant: Degree in Architecture
- Legal Assistant: LLB + 3 years experience
- Planning Assistant: Bachelor’s in Planning / Architecture
- Programmer: MCA / B.Tech + 1 year experience
- Surveyor: Diploma / ITI in Surveying + 2 years experience
- Naib Tehsildar: Graduation in any discipline, 50% marks
- Junior Engineer: Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical
- Deputy Director: Postgraduate + relevant experience
- Assistant Director: Degree + relevant experience
- Patwari: Graduation
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): 12th + Typing (Eng: 35 wpm / Hindi: 30 wpm)
- Assistant Security Officer: Graduation
- Sectional Officer (Horticulture): Degree in Horticulture / Agriculture / Forestry
- Junior Translator: Postgraduate + Diploma / 2 years experience
- Assistant Executive Engineer: Degree in Civil / Electrical
- Stenographer Grade ‘D’: 12th + Typing & Dictation skills
- Mali / Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th Pass
