The Indian Railway Construction International (IRCON) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Manager/Electrical – on Contract posts. Eligible B.Tech/B.E candidates can attend the walk-in interview scheduled from 12 January 2026 to 15 January 2026 at various IRCON project offices in Assam.

- Walk-in Interview – Dibrugarh: 12 January 2026, Monday (10:00 AM onwards)
- Walk-in Interview – Guwahati: 13 January 2026, Tuesday (10:00 AM onwards)
- Walk-in Interview – Silchar: 15 January 2026, Thursday (10:00 AM onwards)
- Registration Time at all venues: 09:30 AM – 01:00 PM

Eligibility
- Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) with minimum 60% marks.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Electrical Construction, Procurement, Installation, Testing & Commissioning / TRD Maintenance in Railways / Metro / Power Transmission.
- Preferred Experience: Railway OHE, Power Supply, SCADA, E&M, Electrical Utility Diversion.
- Teaching / Training / Consultancy experience not counted.
- Candidate must be medically fit & free from color blindness.

Pay Scale
- Rs. 60,000/- per month (Fixed consolidated pay)
- 5% annual increment after completion of each year
- PF deduction and matching IRCON contribution applicable
- Medical Insurance Coverage: Up to ₹3,00,000 (Premium reimbursed – up to ₹4,000 annually)
