- Proficiency with camera and broadcasting equipment (HD-SDI camera, video switcher, convertor, audio mixer, amplifier).
- Strong knowledge of photo & video editing software, graphic design, and general computer literacy.
- Understanding of e-learning platforms, NPTEL, MOOCs, and content creation for diverse platforms.
- Leadership and communication skills for capacity-building of students and staff.
