Job Description :

We are looking for an Onboarding Intern to join our People Success team and help create a seamless and engaging Day 1 experience for new employees. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to Onboarding operations, audits, onboarding stock management, and process efficiency while working closely with experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you.

Role and Responsibility :

  • Support the Onboarding Associate with daily onboarding operations.
  • Maintain and update onboarding trackers for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with audits of onboarding data, documents, and processes.
  • Manage onboarding stock (welcome kits, swags, IT assets coordination) and track usage.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Admin, REW) to ensure smooth new joiner readiness.
  • Conduct Pre-onboarding sessions and ensure the New Joiners are prepared for Day 1.
  • Contribute to resolving hygiene issues for new joiners (access, policies, documentation).
  • Experiment with new ideas to make onboarding engaging and efficient.
  • Document learnings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Education and Skills :

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage trackers and data accurately.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic Excel/Sheets formulas preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for HR/People Operations
  • Masters or Bachelor’s/associate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields (final year students can also apply).
  • Prior exposure to HR, operations, or event coordination will be an added advantage
