Job Title : Jr Eng Network Ops
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Bangalore
Experience : Fresher – 2 Years

Role and Responsibility :

• Working with team, business and other stakeholders to gather and consolidate business / functional requirements,
• Assisting with business case and process flow development,
• Assisting with determination of how proposed developments / changes may impact ongoing business operations,
• Determining user readiness and potential training requirements,
• Developing and implementing new feature testing procedures,
• Monitoring feature performance and troubleshooting emerging issues, and
• Supporting quality assurance assessments / evaluations.

Education And Skills :

• BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
