Role and Responsibility :
- Provide customer support for Smallworld GIS applications for Level 1 technical support in defined SLAs
- Monitor the event alerts, metric alerts, application logs, License & Password expiries, and performance related issues
- Coordinate with appropriate teams for non Smallworld and infrastructure related tasks
- Follow System Operational Procedures
- Perform daily health checks through various workflow stages for order management
Education and Skills :
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
- Work experience – 0 – 3 years
- Software skills: PNI, GSS, NIG, Magik, Java, Dotnet, Oracle, Linux, Windows
