Job Description :

Global Delivery is responsible for the delivery of products to customers in support of client marketing campaigns, account risk management, and depersonalized analytical data requests. This position is accountable for delivery of transactional, batch and self-serve solutions for internal & external customers within the service
level agreements.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Deliver service excellence for Batch order fulfilment.
• Perform pre-validations and engage with Customer engagement and Sales teams to understand the requirements and to address major anomalies that would impact quality.
• Produce good quality output within specified turnaround times to facilitate better credit decision-making by clients. Ensure any data related concerns are addressed before delivering to the customers.
• Validate batch fulfilment system setup and output- data extraction, cleansing & validation (using Ab-Initio on UNIX platform), based on requirements from the customer.
• Review and process work requests using internally developed tools to ensure all requirements are met.

Education and Skills :

• 0-2 years of Experience in Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or other equivalent field with a track record of academic excellence.
• A passion for service excellence.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and communication style with the ability to interact at multiple levels within and outside the organization.
• Ability to work independently and also effectively within a team environment.
