Job Description
- Assists with data management and problem resolution to ensure integrity of the data systems.
- Supports the development of integrated processes, data and systems across the department to maximize efficiency.
- Utilizes statistical tools to interpret data sets, analyzes and reports trends and patterns that could be valuable for predictive analytics efforts.
- Collaborates with programmers and engineers to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
- Assists with the development of databases by refining data management and retrieval procedures, writing process management scripts, collecting, organizing, and entering data.
- Tracks and resolves database problems by troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating inconsistencies and systemic problems.
- Performs data performance reports for key quality measures of completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
