To support the day-to-day operations of the risk division by monitoring the bank’s risk profile, identifying and managing risks and providing insights and expertise to support senior colleagues to make informed decisions.

Role and Responsibility :
- Effective credit risk management of the assigned portfolio of Industries, clients.
- Portfolio management including stress testing and supporting portfolio risk appetite
- Ensuring compliance with Bank’s credit risk policies & procedures and internal controls framework
- Preparation of annual credit review packs and Industry reviews
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of Credit and Counterparty risk.
- Supporting credit officers in day-to-day risk management activities.
Education and Skills :
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline
- Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work changing shifts patterns
- Experience of working in BPO/KPO
- Familiarity with procedures, policies, products and services of a financial organisation
- Ability to work within deadlines/customer demand
