Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Warehouse Operations to support daily warehouse functions, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in warehouse operations, and in a fast-paced supply chain environment. The selected candidate will work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Role and Responsibility :

• Assist in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods as per operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular stock counts.
• Assist in order fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate picking and packing of goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transport teams, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
• Support in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory principles to ensure efficient stock movement.

Education and Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (internships or trainee experience is a plus).
• Basic understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP software, and inventory tracking tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
