Job Description :

The “ Associate Engineer – Global IT Helpdesk ” will be based in Chennai , reporting to Senior Manager .

Job Title : Associate Engineer – Global IT Helpdesk
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Chennai
Experience : Fresher – 1 Year

Role and Responsibility :

• Provide 24/7 IT Support via Chats, Tickets, and Calls
• L1 Support for Frequently used applications like MS Office, Zoom, VPN, Box, SharePoint etc.
• First point of contact to handle IT issues from internal users
• Troubleshoot technical issues through remote desktop connection
• Modify email distribution list permissions
• Modify Active Directory groups

Education and Skills:

• BE/B.Tech, BSC/MSC(IT & Computer science), BCA/MCA Graduates – with no standing arrears and 60% and above throughout the academics.
• Experience should be 0-2yrs.
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Should possess good communications Skills.
• Should have experience or knowledge in IT Service Desk / Technical troubleshooting.
