Role and Responsibility:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Business Analyst with expertise in Banking, & Financial Services. Preferable in Risk management.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, Data Engineer and Data Analyst to define project goals.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management software to track requirements and workflows.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to support business decisions.

Education and Skills :

• Bachelors/Masters in relevant stream from premier institute
• Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
• Broad consulting and project management skills, effective written and oral communication skills
• Pursue passions beyond work and invest in your wellbeing
