We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 0 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Service Desk operations and will be comfortable working in a rotational shift model. This role is based in our office and does not require travel. The Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing excellent support to our users.

Role And Responsibility:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

- Respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner ensuring user satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Possess a strong understanding of Service Desk operations and best practices.
- Have experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
