Job Description :

The Core HR TAG team is the backbone for the Cognizant Talent Acquistion Group. All operational & backend activities related to pre-joining / hiring are managed by this team.

Job Title : Corporate – HR Role
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Chennai
Experience : Fresher – 1 Year

Role And Responsibility:

• Manage queries received through emails & chats
• Handle transactions through the app
• Work with cross functional teams for delivery & outcome
• Ensure error free processing
• Update relevant trackers & maintain operational reports as defined in the process
• Comply with organization policy on Tru Time Time Sheet RTO etc…

Education and Skills :

• Experience of 0 to 1 year is required with skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. The shift timings are from 09 AM to 07 PM IST.
• Communication Skill MS Office Excel Interpersonal skills Recruitment knowledge Operations Attention to Detail Logical Reasoning Mail Management Basic Quality Concepts & knowledge
