Accenture is hiring freshers through off-campus and on-campus modes. Selection process of Accenture is online proctored assessment followed by Technical and HR Interview.
A. Online Assessment
Online Assessment will be having 4 different sections that are given below-

Accenture Basic information Cognitive Ability 50 Ques Technical Ability 40 Ques Coding 2 Ques Communication Assessment 20-25 Ques
NOTE – For communication test, You will get separate email after completing other three rounds in one go.
B. Interview (Technical+HR)
The Technical Interview will check knowledge in programming, problem-solving, and relevant technical skills, while the HR Interview evaluates communication skills, cultural fit, and overall personality to ensure if the candidate aligns with the company’s values and work environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
The Accenture eligibility criteria are that you should have a 65% or 6.5 CGPA in your graduation with no active backlogs and for a few colleges there are no percentage criteria.
Salary:
Associates Software Engineer Role  – Rs.4.50 LPA (Breakdown below)
- Fixed Pay – Rs 3.83 LPA
- Performance Bonus – Rs 32,500/- per annum
- One Time Joining Bonus – Rs 25,000/-

Advance Associate Software Engineer Role – Rs. 6.50 LPA
- Fixed Pay – Rs 5.41 Lakhs
- Performance-based Pay – Rs 82,500/- (in a performance cycle)

Accenture Cognitive Ability Assessment Detailed Overview
Cognitive Assessment is the first round of the written test. Cognitive Assessment will be evaluating you on below skills-
