To work within Corpay’s technology function to deliver effective support to customers of Corpay Complete software. Responsible for analyzing and investigating software issues raised by clients, identifying the appropriate solution, and prioritizing against the client’s business requirements, planned future development and available resource.

Role and Responsibility:
- To investigate verified application issues within defined timelines depending on priority of the issue.
- Provide update on the issue on timely manner ensuring escalation matrix is followed.
- Identify resolutions whilst ensuring the integrity of the software application in relation to the generic customer base.
- Create detailed technical support documentation where required.
- Provide support and guidance to users and colleagues
- To work closely with the Design, Test and Development teams to ensure we understand future functionality and deliver a consolidated solution.
Education and Skills :
- 0-1 years of relevant experience
- Degree/Graduate
- Java Programming
- Spring Framework
- Postgres/MSQL Database
- Restful & SOAP webservices
- Proficient communication skills in English
