Job Title : Jr Analyst – Business Operations
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Bangalore
Experience : Fresher – 2 Years
Role and Responsibility :
- Assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including client proposals and contract renewals
- Manage vendor interactions, quote negotiations, and vendor contract renewals
- Support stakeholders in business forecasting, expected order values, projected revenue, and target margins
- Handle long-term business planning, cash flow forecasts, client maintenance contracts, and vendor contracts
- Collaborate with international teams and interact with clients/vendors as needed
- Open to working in shifts based on business requirements
Education And Skills :
- BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams), Advanced Excel Dashboards, SQL
- Strong email etiquette, communication, and presentation skills for stakeholder interactions
- Python programming, Power BI, familiarity with system design
