Job Description :
Participate in Agile development process with focus on automated testing to support software quality efforts, with focus on interoperability between NetApp and 3rd party vendor components. Develops, modifies, and executes interoperability test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with both internal and external development engineers in resolution of problems. Ensures interoperability between NetApp storage and vendor components.

- Incident Management Experience.
- Resolve customer issues at the first point of contact where possible, using your customer service skills and knowledge of products to explore potential solutions.

- Should have experience/handling international calls. ( inbound/ outbound calls)
- providing quality customer service to our customers by processing inquiries provisioning orders and billing services.
