Candidates having a Master’s Degree can apply online from 03 January 2026 to 30 January 2026 through the official website hppsc.hp.gov.in.

Eligibility Criteria
- General / EWS candidates: 55% marks in Master’s Degree.
- SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / PWD of H.P.: 50% marks in Master’s Degree.
- Master’s Degree must be from UGC-recognized Universities.
- Subjects: Humanities (including languages), Social Sciences, Computer Science & Applications.
- Final year / result awaited candidates may apply provisionally.
- Ph.D. holders (Master’s completed by 19 Sept 1991) get 5% relaxation.
