Eligibility
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre/department OR
- Six years’ service in Level-5 (₹29,200–92,300) or equivalent in parent cadre/department.
- Master’s degree in Hindi with English as compulsory/elective subject or medium at degree level OR
- Master’s degree in English with Hindi as compulsory/elective subject or medium at degree level OR
- Master’s degree in any subject (other than Hindi/English) with Hindi & English combinations as prescribed.
- Recognized Diploma/Certificate in translation (Hindi ↔ English) OR
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of translation work in Central/State Government offices including PSU.
