Eligibility
- Must have passed 10th Standard / SSLC / Matriculation from a recognized board.
- Minimum 15 years of service in Indian Army / Navy / Air Force.
- Rank: Havildar / Petty Officer / Sergeant or below at the time of discharge.
- Registration with District Sainik Welfare Board is mandatory.
- Medical Category: AYE / SHAPE-I and Performance Rating at least Very Good.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible.

Salary / Stipend
- Pay Scale: Rs. 20,000 – 81,000 (W-3 Grade)
- Approximate CTC: Rs. 5.47 Lakhs per annum
