- GNM / B.Sc Nursing (before 2021): Must have passed GNM / B.Sc / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from WBNC-recognized institute with valid registration.
- Proficiency in Bengali/local language & dialect.
- Desirable: Competency in MS Office & Internet.
