- General Manager – Credit Monitoring: 40 to 55 Years
- Deputy Manager – HR: 23 to 32 Years
- Deputy Manager – Audit: 23 to 32 Years
- Deputy Manager – L&D: 23 to 32 Years
- General Manager – HR (Contract): 40 to 62 Years
- Deputy General Manager – Company Secretary (Contract): 36 to 55 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Eligibility
- General Manager – Credit Monitoring: CA / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM
- Deputy Manager – Human Resources: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Deputy Manager – Audit: MBA / PGDM
- Deputy Manager – Learning & Development: MBA / PGDM / PGDBM
- General Manager – HR (on contract): Graduate with good academic record
- Deputy General Manager – Company Secretary (on contract): Graduate + ICSI Membership
